A Family Legacy
The Shoppes at Henderson Plaza was originally built in 1967 by our company’s founder, Ted Donnell. While we had great partnerships with long term tenants in the building, we knew that if we could update the property’s exterior it would bring new life to the building, ultimately resulting in new business for our tenants.
In 2010 plans were create to rebrand the North Upper Arlington retail plaza. NPD implemented an exterior brick renovation adding increased building height, additional awning roof detail, new sign, lighting, and landscape package. The shopping center was transformed and rebranded as the Shoppes and Henderson Plaza.
Today the Shoppes at Henderson Plaza is home to local restaurants and businesses including UA Pub, Mama Mimi’s Pizza, Nini’s Barber Shop, Subway, and Identity Tattoo.
