2971-2977 N. High Street was acquired in 2014. At the time of purchase, over half of the building was being operated as a car wash and carryout beverage drive-thru. The building had been neglected for years and drew crime to the surrounding area. We identified the building and location as a potential South Clintonville neighborhood gathering center and sought out to develop the building into a restaurant and brewery space.
A Complete Transformation
The large overhead car wash garage doors were all converted to storefront glass and split into separate usable restaurant spaces with landscaped patio space.
N. High Street Today
Today 2971-2977 N. High Street is now home to 2 local restaurants and a local brewery. The exterior renovations paired with the unique interior design that each of these businesses have brought to their space have allowed the property to become an eclectic community hub that beautifully reflects the community in which it resides.
